Let's Meet! An Online Spirituality Group

As people who identify as Jewish and care about Palestine, too often we feel without a spiritual home. We feel isolated. We long to be able to talk with like-minded people. This Online Spirituality Group is an opportunity to build connections with like-minded people. It is a non-Zionist space designed to create a sense of community through the sharing of beliefs, values, and needs with group participants.

The Online Spirituality Group does not presuppose any theology nor any particular knowledge about anything other than one's own life. It uses a group format to explore spiritual issues, providing time for participants to discover sources of inner strength, and a place to find a sense of belonging to a greater community.

Creating a vision book allows us to explore our hopes and dreams in order to create a future full of joy and satisfaction.

Healing, Emotions and Personal Dialogue

For every action there is a re-action. Learn how both spoken and unspoken dialogue can help to heal our bodies. This workshop teaches us to listen to our daily language and to make changes in what we are saying to others and also to ourselves. We explore the power of positive communication and gratitude.
